Vacation Bible School

Join Us For A Hike On The Friendship Trek Trail!

Trinity is ready to send all children ages 3-12 on a trek with forest friends where they will learn Jesus is our forever friend. Vacation Bible School is where we explore Bible stories, take Bible challenges, make crafts, eat yummy snacks, play fun games, sing awesome songs and more! Mark June 16 to 20 on your summer to-do list.

V.B.S. starts at 8:30 every morning at the trailhead where kids will gather their supplies and meet with their personal trail guide. They will get ready for a day filled with challenges and adventure, including songs and skits. Then the friendship circles hit the trail for campfire stories, survivor games, wilderness crafts and backpack snacks. The day ends at noon after reaching the summit!

This year, our program curriculum is published by Concordia Publishing House. The V.B.S. research team reviewed three different programs and determined “Friendship Trek” best introduces Jesus as our loving God and Savior. He is our reliable friend who won't say “never.” The team also believed children would be able to easily apply what they learn to their daily lives. Friendship is very important to all of us, and this theme points not only to their eternal friend, but also encourages positive relationships with people they encounter daily.

We need you to consider how your talents will contribute to the success of Vacation Bible School here at Trinity. Our goal is to have 150 children attend the Friendship Trek each day that week. Call Deaconess Liz with your thoughts and service offering.
