Trinity Extended Care
Revised 2008-2009 Fee Schedule

• Annual Registration Fee: $30.00 per child (this is the correct fee, please disregard the amount listed on the back of the enrollment form you already received).

• Monthly Rate (Morning & Afternoon Care Combo): $160.00 (This rate is a monthly fee, billed over 10 payments. The monthly rate should be chosen at the beginning of the school year):

• Pre-K/VPK students in Mrs. Foust’s class pay $100.00/month for 10 months of extended care “combo” rate.

• This rate includes care during teacher workdays and some holidays (excluding Spring Break and Christmas Break). The monthly rate is the best value if your child needs care on a regular basis.

• Daily Rate (drop-in afternoon care): $10.00 per student (billing starts each afternoon at 3:30 p.m.; except Wed. at 2:45).

• Morning Care (drop-in before school care): $3.00 per morning, per child, before 8:00 a.m. There is NO care available on campus before 7:30 a.m. Care is available from 7:30 a.m.-8:15 a.m.

• Sports/School function rate: $8.00 per student

• Full Day Care, daily rate (for families who do not use the monthly care): $35.00 per student

• Spring Break Week: $160.00 per student per week.

Payment Information: The monthly rate is due by the 10th of each month and can be included on your child’s school tuition check. The daily rates are billed every Friday for that week while the monthly rate is charged the first day of the month and is due by the 10th of each month. There are no reductions in the monthly rate due to school closings or absences. The fee for late payment is $10.00 per month. Failure to make timely payments for Extended Care services may result in withdrawal of service provided.
