Trinity
Lutheran Church has established its child care ministry upon the
conviction that God
loves each child individually and dearly.

We
believe that God has given each child a distinct personality, an infinite curiosity,
a great capacity to love and a desire to be loved. Our child care program provides
a safe and nurturing environment that promotes the physical, spiritual, social
and emotional development of each child under our care. We carry out that commitment
within the context of the love God has for everyone.
Welcome to the Trinity Child Development Center.
The Trinity CDC is a Mission of the Trinity Lutheran Church and School. In
1953, the Trinity Lutheran
Congregation began its first Kindergarten class. Grades were added each year.
The Trinity Lutheran School is now Pre K through Eighth Grade. The Child
Development Center house was originally purchased in 1973 for a mission project.
As the number of working woman increased in the downtown Orlando area, a
new use arose. The house was renovated and dedicated in 1983 as the Trinity
Child Development Center, to care for the Lord’s smallest children.
In the summer of 2004, The Child Development Center expanded and moved into
three new classrooms on our campus. Last year (2007) the houses on Ruth Lane
were remodeled with many donated materials. The CDC offices moved into the “white” house
and we added another portable. The CDC continues to develop and grow as we
are blessed by God in this service.
